traumatism

 One or more teeth can be damaged by traumatism.
If the tooth or a part of it is throwed out, try to find it clean it with your saliva and keep it in mouth under the tongue, and find a dentist.
While you find a dentist stop bleeding by pressing over the cut whith a clean tissue.
A plastic bag with ice cubes inside, can be also applicated to reduce inflammation.
In case of violent traumatism (car crash):

1 ) move the victim only if it is an absolute necessity( fire, dangerous place). In that case move the victim with a lot of care.
If the victim is unconscious you must not move the head and the neck.

2 ) Call for help.

3 ) if the victim is not breathing :
- you have to free aerial ways.

- check carotidian pulse.

- stop eventual bleedings.

- perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation
(mouth to mouth, cardiac massage).

- keep on doing it until help coming.


4 ) if the victim is breathing :
- with slow moves and cares put the victim in lateral security position.

- wait for help coming.
